Officially opened in 2010 by HRH the Earl of Wessex, Brick Kiln Place is located within the historic Town of Grantham and situated in a newly developed residential area within easy reach of a wide range of amenities including shops, post office and take away's.

Brick Kiln Place comprises of 48 two bedroom self contained flats with the support of a wide range of communal facilities.Built to a high design specification, each flat provides tenants with wheelchair accessibility, level access shower, wash hand basin and W.C, two bedrooms accommodating double and single beds, fully fitted kitchen including oven and hob, 24 hour alarm call system and access to cable television and the internet.

Communal facilities include a hair salon, laundrette, assisted bathrooms, restaurant, lounge, seating areas, coffee bar and mobility scooter storage. Office space is provided for a 24 hour care team responding to the assessed care needs of each tenant.

A Scheme Manager is available to assist tenants, address emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that the accommodation and services remain at the highest possible standard.
