Brick Kiln Place comprises of 48 two bedroom self contained flats with the support of a wide range of communal facilities.Built to a high design specification, each flat provides tenants with wheelchair accessibility, level access shower, wash hand basin and W.C, two bedrooms accommodating double and single beds, fully fitted kitchen including oven and hob, 24 hour alarm call system and access to cable television and the internet.
Communal facilities include a hair salon, laundrette, assisted bathrooms, restaurant, lounge, seating areas, coffee bar and mobility scooter storage. Office space is provided for a 24 hour care team responding to the assessed care needs of each tenant.
A Scheme Manager is available to assist tenants, address emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that the accommodation and services remain at the highest possible standard.
