Staff Achievements
Every year we host our Annual Awards and Presentation Evening. This event is to formally recognise members of our staff who have successfully completed training and qualifications during the past year and to acknowledge the length of service given to the Association. The event is also an opportunity to sincerely thank our team of volunteers for their invaluable support to the Association and to the needs of those to whom we serve.
We encourage staff to undertake a wide range of training and qualifications associated to the housing, care and support services that we provide and to contribute towards the future development of the Association. As a result, the Association was recognised for maintaining its commitment to the Investor in People Award during 2008.
Our latest staff awards and presentation evening was held on Friday 26 June 2009 at the Lincoln Golf Centre, North Hykeham, Lincoln.
This year awards were presented by Philip Hutchings, our chairman and Her Majestys Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire, Mr Tony Worth.
Following the presentations staff danced the night away!
