Extra Care Sheltered Housing is designed for frail older people who have high support and personal care needs. Extra Care and support services are provided within self contained flats, which are available to rent. An additional service charge is payable in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.

Worth Court is currently being redeveloped and will be completed by April 2008. Worth Court is located
within the Historic town of Bourne. Worth Court is situated within a residential area close to town
incorporating a range of amenities including shops, post office and recreational amenities.
Worth Court will comprise of 34 two bedroomed self contained flats on
the ground, first and second floor. Each flat consists of level access shower, wash hand basin and WC, 2
bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, 24 hour alarm call system, door entry system and access to cable
television and the internet. Additional communal facilities will include hairdressers, laundrette, restaurant,
lounge, coffee bar, mobility scooter storage.

accommodation is for Older People who still value independent living and want additional security and
support. It is particularly relevant to those who require more specialised amenities and greater support in
retirement accommodation. Twenty four hour care team, organised in conjunction with Lincolnshire Social
Services, will enable tenants to receive an appropriate level of care and support, as and when they need
