| Our Leasehold housing scheme for older people provides sheltered accommodation for sale on a leasehold basis, for people who are 55 or over. The Association retains the position as freeholder with the responsibility for maintaining common areas and services in accordance with the terms of the lease.

Sewell Court is our leasehold housing scheme situated in the north of Lincoln near to the Arboretum and the County Hospital. Sewell Court was built in 1989 and provides 6 ground/first floor one-bedroom flats with a car park. Services include the maintenance of landscaped areas, external repairs/maintenance, external decoration and a 24-hour alarm call system for help in an emergency.
