Built in 1977, Almond House offers 12 single and 4 double self-contained flats on the ground and first floor. Each flat comprises of a lounge, fitted kitchen, bedroom, private W.C., hand basin, shower and built in cupboard.

Services include well maintained gardens, private car parking, lighting and cleaning of communal areas, external window cleaning, maintenance of gas heating systems, door entry system, guest room, communal bathroom and a 24 hour alarm call system for help in an emergency.
