Converted in 1989, Richmond House offers 4 individual self-contained flats on the ground and first floor. Each flat comprises of a lounge, fitted kitchen, bedroom, private W.C, hand basin, shower/bath and a built in cupboard.
Services include private car parking space, heating, lighting and cleaning of communal areas, external window cleaning, maintenance of gas heating systems, door entry system, external communal storage and a 24 hour alarm call system for help in an emergency.
