We are always looking of ways to improve upon the service we provide. Questionnaires are one way in which we are able to do this and we are most grateful to you for the time you take to
inform us of your satisfaction. We very much value your feedback which influences the services that we provide and the contractors we use. There are a variety of Questionnaires used across the
Association, these are associated to our Hospital Transport Service, Property Maintenance, Care and Support.
Over the past few months we have been focusing on Tenants/ Residents experience and that of visitors when dealing with our staff, either personally or by telephone. As a result we have devised a ‘How Did We Do?’ questionnaire which are located within the ‘Information Carousel’ situated within our Care Homes, Housing Schemes and ‘Lace House’ (01522 514444) or can be downloaded by following the link below. You are most welcome to complete and return the form as this will help us monitor and evaluate our performance and respond as appropriate.
