Bids to the Housing Corporation
We are seekingfunding from the Housing Corporationto develop a further 4 flats and 5 bungalows on land opposite Olsen Court, in Lincoln and further 67 flats in Grantham. The outcome of our bids will be known in March 2008

A New Face
at LACE
On the 14th October 2007,
we said farewell to
Gill and welcome
to Steve Smith, our
new Asset
Manager. Steve has
previously worked within a
Housing environment
with responsibility for the maintenance and
accomodation for Older People. We
are delighted that he has joined us and we
wish him a very warm welcome. Over the next
few months Steve is hoping to meet as many
of you as possible.

Its all for Charity
Last year we held our second LACE Housing Annual Charity
Day. Thanks to the support from staff, residents and
relatives we raised £1200.00 in aid of Wateraid, Weirfield Animal Hospital, the Royal British Legion and the Lincoln Lions Club Life Straw Project. This years Charity Day is to be
held on Friday 26th September 2008.

Friends of LACE Housing
Over 21 residents, relatives and
friends have united to form ‘Friends
of LACE Housing’ .
During 2007, members raising over £5000 towards the replacement of our Ambulances. In addition they have brought colour to our gardens and assited with outings. We wish to record our most sincere appreciation for their support which has and continues to be invaluable.
