Transport Services
In partnership with NHS Lincolnshire Community Shared Services we provide a transport service for Older People from Lincoln County Hospital, Boston Pilgrim Hospital and Grantham Hospital. The service is provided Monday to Friday from 11am- 2pm and 5pm – 9pm, ( Lincoln), 3pm – 7pm ( Boston and Grantham), and on Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 3pm. The service enables Older People to return home or to alternative care as quickly and as safely as possible, to prevent late discharges from hospitals, to prevent inappropriate admission to hospital via Accident and Emergency and to improve access to those waiting or in need of hospital care. Staff responsible for this service ensure that Older People return home equipped with bread, tea, coffee, milk and sugar and if appropriate will supply and install 24 hour Emergency Call System free of charge.
Administrative Services
We provide administrative support for the Lincolnshire Care Association.
Property Management
Our 'in house' Property and Maintenance Team respond to the repair, maintenance and improvement of our Housing, Care and Support Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
