Built to a high design specification, each flat will provide tenants with wheelchair accessibility, level access shower, wash hand basin and W.C, two bedrooms accommodating double and single beds, fully fitted kitchen including oven and hob, 24 hour alarm call system and access to cable television and the internet.
Communal facilities include a hair salon, laundrette, assited bathrooms, restaurant, lounge, seating areas, coffee bar and mobility scooter storage. Office space is provided for a 24 hour care team responding to the assessed care needs of each tenant.
A Scheme Manager will be available to assist tenants, address emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that the accommodation and services remain at the highest possible standard.
We are committed to ensure that Worth Court will provide a Quality of Care and high standard of accomodation. In order to achieve this, we will be recruiting staff. An open evening to hear of opportunities will be held within Bourne during March. Further details to be announced in the local press.
