Intermediate Care is a term to describe a range of services that provide short-term support for the older people, avoid unnecessary admission to hospital of long-term care and to help discharges from hospital.
Short Term Care
Short Term Care is 24 hour Personal Care provided for older people within our care homes following ill health or to enable their family and/or carers to have a break.
We provide short term care at Ashby Court, Moton Court, Neale Court and Ruckland Court Care Homes. For further information, please contact the Care Home direct.
