Transport Services
In partnership with Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust we provide a transport service for Older People from Lincoln County Hospital, Boston Pilgrim Hospital and Grantham Hospital. The service is provided Monday to Friday from 11am- 2pm (Lincoln only) and 5pm – 9pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 3pm. The service enables Older People to return home or to alternative care as quickly and as safely as possible, to prevent late discharges from hospitals, to prevent inappropriate admission to hospital via Accident and Emergency and to improve access to those waiting or in need of hospital care. Staff responsible for this service ensure that Older People return home equipped with bread, tea, coffee, milk and sugar and if appropriate will supply and install 24 hour Emergency Call System free of charge.
Management and Administrative Services
We manage accommodation and provide administrative support for the Frank Eccleshare Trust and Lincolnshire Care Association and The Lincolnshire Housing Forum.
Telecare
In partnership with Lincolnshire County Council, we provide and install 'Telecare' equipment which enables access to an emergency call system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service can be accessed via our Hospital Transport Service. For further details please contact our Housing Coordinator on 01522 514444.
Property Management
Our 'inhouse' Property and Maintenance Team respond to the repair, maintenance and improvement of our Housing, Care and Support Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
