Officially opened by Her Majestys Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire during May 2009, Worth Court is located within the Historic town of Bourne. Worth Court is situated within a residential area close to the town centre incorporating a range of amenities including shops, post office and recreational amenities.

Worth Court comprises of 34 two bedroom self contained flats on the ground, first and second floor. Each flat consists of level access shower, wash hand basin and WC, 2 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, 24 hour alarm call system, door entry system and access to cable television and the internet. Additional communal facilities include hair salon, laundrette, restaurant, lounge, and mobility scooter storage.

Worth Court is built to a high design specification with addition facilities and support. The accommodation is for Older People who still value independent living and want additional security and support. It is particularly relevant to those who require more specialised amenities and greater support in retirement accommodation. 24 hour care team, organised in conjunction with Lincolnshire Social Services, will enable tenants to receive an appropriate level of care and support, as and when they need it.

A Scheme Manager is available to assist tenants, address emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that the accommodation and services remain at the highest possible standard.
